★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una terminal algo descuidada, algo descuidada y sola, a parte ya las empresas por más que están falleciendo los conductores por contagios de covid permiten que tanto autobuses, cómo las combis los conductores no porten el cubrebocas y que no se lo exigan a los pasajeros que abordan las unidades.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, iba de calpulalpan a Puebla y segun llegaba 1:40 pm pero resulta que a las 14:18 avisan que el buss sale a las 15:00 hrs, y ahi me tuvieron esperando sin dar algún precio aviso, al contrario la taquillera muy déspota, pertenece al grupo ADO pero es lo peorsito que tienen en transporte.
Very bad service, I was going from calpulalpan to Puebla and according to 1:40 pm it turned out that at 2:18 pm they warned that the bus leaves at 3:00 pm, and there they had me waiting without giving any notice, on the contrary the Very despotic box office, she belongs to the ADO group but it is the worst thing they have in transport.
