★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, me perdieron mis tapetes y al reclamarles los dueños se pusieron a atacarme, me tuvieron casi 1 hora discutiendo, yo les pedía que dieran el dinero de garantía que me los regresarían, al final de mala gana me dieron el dinero, casi 4 semanas después me regresan mis tapetes, y de la misma mala gana, atacandome y diciendome que yo era muy negativa porque no confiaba en ellos, al final les regrese el dinero que me habían dado como garantía, pero el mal trato siguió. Dejan mucho que desear, jamás vuelvo a regresar a ese lugar, y no lo recomiendo para nada. El cliente siempre debe recibir un buen trato, es primordial. Pésimo servicio.
Terrible service, they lost my rugs and when they claimed them the owners began to attack me, they had me arguing for almost 1 hour, I asked them to give the guarantee money that they would return, at the end they reluctantly gave me the money, almost 4 weeks later my rugs are returned to me, and reluctantly, attacking me and telling me that I was very negative because I didn't trust them, in the end I returned the money they had given me as collateral, but the bad treatment continued. They leave a lot to be desired, I never return to that place, and I do not recommend it at all. The client must always receive a good treatment, it is essential. Terrible service.
