★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedí diario sus ensaladas y hoy no trajeron la coca que solicité, adicional rechazaron mi solicitud de reembolso. La bolsa vino sellada! No fue el repartidor quien omitió la coca.
 I ordered their salads daily and today they did not bring the coca I requested, additionally they rejected my request for a refund. The bag came sealed! It was not the delivery man who omitted the coca.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De las peores sucursales de Green Grasa, te sirven la ensalada más parecida ya a un batidillo, sin actitud de servicio. Parece congelado y aunque no pidas pan te lo ponen sirviendo más ensalada.
From the worst Green Grasa branches, they serve you the salad that is more like a smoothie, with no service attitude. It looks frozen and even if you don't ask for bread they put it on you serving more salad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi esposa y yo siempre colemos em green grass en otros lados esta pesimo la actitud y servicio en este no tienen cosas ya quitaron los 3 chiles y mi agua con mucha semilla de fresa no lo recomiendo ademas esa hoja de no se que ademas muy quemada la lechuga
My wife and I always collect in green grass in other places this attitude and service in this do not have much things and they removed the 3 chili peppers and my water with a lot of strawberry seed I do not recommend it in addition that leaf of I do not know that you also burn the lettuce

No se si les falta tener un proceso correcto de higiene en esa sucursal en particular…. Esta última vez tuve que tomar antibiótico de lo mal que me puse
I really like Green Grass, I usually go once a week to one of their branches. However, it's been twice now that I've gotten sick from eating at the Pabellón Polanco branch. I don't know if they lack a correct hygiene process in that particular branch... This last time I had to take an antibiotic because of how bad I got

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like this one. I eat at Green Grass often and this location has always been good. I love the variety of dressings they offer. In general I think they could improve their proportion sizes of the toppings. I mean for what they charge it would be nice to get bigger amounts of the ingredients besides the lettuce. Overall great spot!
