Yo hice cálido mi vale de infonavit y obtuve focos LED que fallaron a los 8 meses, ahora ninguno funciona, igual obtuve un monomando de Tarja de cocina con Cuello flexible, llame a la tienda para redacción es y sólo me dicen que no manejan refacciones y como el monomando es de no marca pues nadie tiene refacciones por lo que tuve que comprar en otro lado más focos LED y otro monomando igual de caro pero de American Standar que si te da garantía de por vida. Muuuuuuuuuuuuy abusivos en este negocio al venderte productos de pésima calidad.

I made my infonavit voucher warm and I got LED bulbs that failed after 8 months, now none works, I still got a kitchen sink mixer with a flexible neck, call the store to write it and they only tell me that they do not handle spare parts and Since the mixer is not a brand, because nobody has spare parts, so I had to buy more LED spotlights elsewhere and another mixer just as expensive but from American Standard that does give you a lifetime guarantee. Sooooo abusive in this business by selling you bad quality products.

Los productos EXCESIVAMENTE CAROS
La vez pasa olvidaron el colchón y les pedí de favor un horario especial y aún así no se cumplió me avisan 5 minutos después de la hora acordada que las personas no asistirán hacer la entrega de las cosas.
Al instalar el calentador doblaron un tubo que terminó por romperse y me quede 3 días sin agua. Obvio me costó la reparación
ME CONFIRMARON LA ENTREGA DE PRODUCTOS A LAS 6:30PM SON LAS 8:10PM Y AÚN NO LLEGAN
BASTANTES INFORMALES. LES RECLAME EN SU MOMENTO Y AL PARECER TOMARON REPRESALIAS.
LA ARREPENTIDA DE MI VIDA...

The time passes they forgot the mattress and I asked them to please a special schedule and even so it was not fulfilled, they notify me 5 minutes after the agreed time that people will not attend to deliver the things.
When installing the heater they bent a tube that ended up breaking and I ran out of water for 3 days. Obvious it cost me the repair
THE DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS CONFIRMED ME AT 6:30 PM IT IS 8:10 PM AND STILL NOT ARRIVED
ENOUGH INFORMAL. I RECLAIMED THEM AT THEIR TIME AND THEY SEEMED THEY TAKEN RETALIATION.
