Pésimo servicio. Contratamos el servicio de ida y vuelta por adelantado, dejamos el horario pactado y no nos retiraron, causando que tengamos que contratar otra empresa y peligrando el horario de llegada al aeropuerto. Nuestro contacto fue Jerónimo. NO LO RECOMIENDO EN LO ABSOLUTO.

Mi experiencia ha sido genial. Contraté viaje redondo del Aeropuerto al Hotel y el regreso para 8 días más tarde. El conductor que vino a recogernos al Hotel, em señor César, estuvo unos minutos antes de la hora pactada, en la puerta del hotel. Contratamos servicio privado y así lo fue. Nos trasladaron en una gran van a mi esposa y a mí, solos los dos. El conductor no nos pidió ningún pago extra, no tuvo un manejo peligroso, ni nada malo ni decepcionante, sólo buenas y afables conversaciones. Tengo que admitir que estuve muy intranquilo hasta que vino la camioneta a recogernos en el hotel, ya que los mensajes de WhatsApp que les había enviado para chequear todo, nunca me los contestaron, tampoco los correos electrónicos. Eso para el turista, es incómodo e intranquilo. Pero a pesar de todas las opiniones que leí luego de contratado tengo que admitir que son una buena empresa

I have to admit that I was very uneasy until the van came to pick us up at the hotel, since the WhatsApp messages that I had sent them to check everything, they never answered me, nor did the emails. That for the tourist, is uncomfortable and restless. But despite all the opinions I read after hiring, I have to admit that they are a good company.

Abuso de tarifas. Tomé un taxi en el aerpuerto de la compañía Green Line (y todos los taxis internos, tienen la misma tarifa) se me hizo muy caro pagar $740 pesos por un taxi privado (ya que en su tarifario así lo marcan ese costo para cualquier región de la zona urbana de Cancún). Como no traía efectivo, pagué en total $758.00 me cobraron con tarjeta un cargo extra. Todas las compañías de taxis en el aeropuerto es una mafia, deberían cobrar tarifas más justas. Por algo tienen miedo que regrese "Uber" y en verdad, apoyo la buena competencia donde todos, tanto trabajadores y usuarios, salgamos beneficiados. Anexo tarifario (se dividen en: colectivos-taxi privado y van, según destino).

PÉSSIMO!!!!! Cheguei no aeroporto de Cancun no dia 02/05 e me ofereceram a corrida até Playa Del Carmen por $1.000,00 pesos, se eu pagasse com cartão de crédito porque se eu pagasse em dinheiro, o valor seria mais caro. Efetuei o pagamento com o cartão e eles alegaram que a transação não havia sido efetivada, querendo que eu fizesse novo pagamento. Verifiquei no meu app do cartão de crédito e do meu banco e a transação constava como efetivada. Ligeui no atendimento do cartão e tive a informação de que a transação havia sido feita e mesmo assim, SE RECUSARAM a fazer a corrida, alegando que pra eles a transação "não aparecia". Disseram que só me levariam se eu fizesse novo pagamento, o que recusei. Por fim, não me prestaram o serviço, tive que ir de ônibus e estou tendo dor de cabeça pra conseguir estornar a transação no cartão de crédito. DESONESTOS! MENTIROSOS!
TERRIBLE!!!!! They said they would only take me if I made a new payment, which I refused. Finally, they didn't give me the service, I had to go by bus and I'm having a headache to reverse the credit card transaction. DISHONEST! LIARS!

Waited for 30 minutes post promised pick up time for a collectivo. The guy then called a regular taxi. The driver complained half the way to tulum that its not worth for him to drive only 2 people for the collectivo price and that we should please pay the difference in tips because she makes a loss otherwise. 1. If there is no collectivo available tell me this upfront and don't let me wait 1h in total for a regular taxi. 2. Don't make the taxi drivers pay for your incapability

Scam company. Literally connected to organised crime. Don’t get a taxi from the airport!!! Book a shuttle in advance or take the bus. They rip tourists off. Highly corrupted and unethical.
