Mienten en la pagina al decir que el pago está cubierto y cuando llegas a recoger el coche, te vuelven a cobrar mas seguros e impuestos.
No vuelvo a rentar con ellos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevo esperando 50 minutos que habrán para recojer un auto que se reservó con anterioridad y aunque dice la página que abren a las 8 y en la reserva dice que se debe recojer a las 8 de la mañana, las intalaciones están cerradas y no hay manera ni de dejar un mensaje

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi experiencia... Fue una pesadilla con esta empresa.. Llegando al aeropuerto no había nadie ni con quien dirigirnos.. Y en viva aerobus no sabían nada de ellos.. Ni quien nos ayudará siendo qué todo estaba pagado.. Después de 2 horas y llamando a los tel. No contestaba nadie.. Y hasta que por fin. Una persona vio varias llamadas y se comunico con nosotros y nos llevo a la oficina.. Y otra pesadilla.. Nos cobraron forzosamente otro seguro.. Pagando más de lo que nos habían dicho.. O sea 4,600.00 del seguro según ellos cobertura amplia si no pagabas eso.. Perdidas los 4,300.00 qué ya habías pagado y a parte otros 9,000.00 en garantía por si le pasaba algo al carro.. Dinero qué te quitan de inmediato y no te lo regresan hasta después de 9 días de haber entregado el carro... Fue. Uy mala experiencia y por último le tomé video y fotos en la al recibir el carro y el encargado nos quería cobrar gasolina de más siendo qué el carro según mi foto era la gasolina qué traía el carro... Nosotros pedimos un versa y al llegar a esa empresa no lo tenían.. Nos querían dar un carro qué no traía una placa y por eso fue una pesadilla... Yo recomiendo no rentarle nada.. Fue un abuso... Y es mejor llegando a su destino rentar allá.. Para que no pasen lo que pasamos nosotros.
