★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo tengo tiempo asistiendo al centro y me encanta, es una lugar único, leí un comentario anterior y me parece incorrecto decir que la recepcionista sea prepotente, solo es cuestión de respeto de los horarios, es incomodo y falto de respeto que entren a clase tan tarde, sin contar que te puedes lastimar.
Mi opinión que el centro es muy bueno.
I have been attending the center for some time and I love it, it is a unique place, I read a previous comment and it seems wrong to say that the receptionist is arrogant, it is only a matter of respecting the schedules, it is uncomfortable and disrespectful that they enter class so late, not to mention that you can get hurt.
My opinion that the center is very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es mi lugar favorito para hacer yoga. El ambiente es bellísimo y los salones súper cómodos. Recomiendo mucho la clase de Ashtanga de las 8pm los lunes con el maestro Pablo :) creo que es la mejor que he tomado. Hay clases para todos los niveles y eso es muy padre
It is my favorite place to do yoga. The atmosphere is beautiful and the rooms are super comfortable. I highly recommend the Ashtanga class at 8pm on Mondays with teacher Pablo :) I think it is the best I have ever taken. There are classes for all levels and that is very cool

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to 2 classes, Vinyasa 2 and Hatha 1, taught by the lovely Ana. I really enjoyed her classes and her energy. The classes were challenging in parts, well cued and I personally really enjoyed how she would bring the classes back to the essence of yoga at the end with some words and breathing. She is a very attentive and professional teacher. I would recommend her classes for sure! Definitely going back to them when I'm in Mexico city again.
P.s: the classes were in Spanish

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Green Yoga in Condesa was great. Studio was very clean, staff was nice. I took a noon class on a Friday and happened to be the only student. So it turned into a private class haha. Sadly I don’t speak great Spanish and I had planned to just watch everyone and follow along but I was the only one and the teacher kindly taught in English. I wish that he could’ve taught in Spanish so I promised to get better! He was great and very welcoming. I took power vinyasa. His class was challenging! I recommend
