1 semana y 3 llamadas al corporativo para rogarle los precios que muy gentil quedo en enviar, los da y al acudir a tienda resulta que ya subieron de entre 10 y hasta 40 pesos por producto sin previo aviso y sin respetar los que dio.
Menos mal hay más tiendas por la zona que venden jabón y limpiadores biodegradables.

Estoy comprando desde meses con ellos, pero cada vez hay que registrarse desde nuevo con los datos fiscales en la tienda y luego hay que hablar varias veces hasta que manden facturas. Parece que nadie se siente responsable por encargarse de mejorar este proceso fiscal tan importante que es un básico en cualquier tienda.
Del otro lado desafortunadamente los productos y empaques también ya están empeorando. Al inicio hubo botellas reciclables que aguantaban mucho. Ahora se rompen muy fácil en cuanto estén vacíos. El líquido de lavar trastes antes sirvió bien. Sin embargo, me parece que cambiaron la formula y ahora no lava bien.
Me gustó mucho la marca y el concepto, pero que lastima que no logran de entregar una calidad constante.
