Nos atendieron muy bien, el proceso de cambio es un poco tardado por las autorizaciones, pero fuera de eso el trato es excelente

Me hicieron ir a dos entrevistas y nunca me llamaron, llamé a la semana y me comentaron que seguían en proceso y aun nada. Actualicen y háganlo por zoom o por theams, ya tantos medios y sigue presencial. Solo se pierde tiempo y dinero

He comprado la marca en Liverpool pero en esta ocasión no había disponibilidad y la pedí directamente a Greenlander... Gran error! Hice mi pedido y llegó con un día de retraso con la paquetería que manejan. La revisé y venía con un pedazo de tela hacía afuera a la altura del hombro. Me comuniqué por Whatsapp con la vendedora que me había atendido y le pedí un cambio físico, al principio me dijo que no era posible pq como tenía descuento no había cambios pero le dije que el cambio era por defecto y accedió al cambio. Cómo era para un regalo me urgía y le dije que yo iría personalmente por el cambio físico. Me dijo que tenían un proceso y que no era posible hacerlo el día que yo podía ir pero después de insistir y a regañadientes me dijo que si... GRAAAAN error al ir. Cómo no conozco la zona en cuanto estaba cerca le llamé y escribí a la vendedora y aún estando en línea no me contestaba para pedirle alguna referencia. En cuánto llegué no estaba ella, me atendió otra vendedora y casi me pega, me hizo esperar más de 40 minutos, me atendió molesta, me dió la chamarra en una bolsa llena de polvo, con la etiqueta de papel toda doblada. El colmo olvidé mi INE y para recuperarlo fue un rollo.

I communicated by Whatsapp with the saleswoman who had attended me and I asked her for a physical change, at first she told me that it was not possible because as I had a discount there were no changes but I told her that the change was by default and she agreed to the change. How it was for a gift made me urgent and I told him that I would personally go for the physical change. He told me that they had a process and that it was not possible to do it on the day that I could go but after insisting and reluctantly he said yes... BIG mistake going. As I don't know the area as soon as I was close I called and wrote to the saleswoman and even being online she didn't answer me to ask for a reference. As soon as I arrived she was not there, another saleswoman attended me and almost hit me, she made me wait more than 40 minutes, she attended me annoyed, she gave me the jacket in a bag full of dust, with the paper label all folded. To top it off, I forgot my INE and getting it back was a pain.
