I am super happy with my panels, from the first receipt I noticed an abysmal difference since paying 4,500 pesos from the last receipt without panels, I paid 52 pesos. I highly recommend them to my friends and family because I am very happy with the treatment they gave me from the beginning to the end of the installation and I could say that to date because if I have any questions, I write to them and they respond super kindly. I took out my panels with the credit of FIDE that Greenlux themselves offer to process, and although the Ensi process, being from the government, is a bit slow, I did not have any trouble since Greenlux took care of everything, I did not have to do anything. back they went to my house to collect signatures if paperwork or whatever was necessary. They did a study of the average light consumption in my house to offer me the correct number of panels and they told me about the differences between the types of inverters or different capacities of the same panels. The installation of the panels was super fast, it took a day or a day and a half if I remember correctly because in my case I didn't have an earth connection and they had to install one for me, which they also did without any problem. The installation was very clean and fast for both the panels and the inverter. When they installed the inverter, they explained to me that I had to spend some time to confirm that it was working well, etc. and that in a few days or weeks (I don't remember exactly) they were going to contact me to go check it out and that's how it was. I had already forgotten because I'm very forgetful but the same people from Greenlux wrote to remind me and make an appointment to go to check that everything was fine with the investor. The panels were installed for me in October 2021 and in December or January approximately they spoke to me telling me that their system was reading that my inverter registered low energy capture (something like that) for which they wanted to go check what was due and also without any cost of course they went to my house to check and indeed it had only been because there was not much sun on those very cold days but I really liked the service that maybe I am not monitoring things every day if they are on the lookout. I recommend them 100%!!!

Install 6 panels first 4 and then another 2, the service and quality is excellent, they have a lot of professionalism since they give you the project document and with this the various proposals that can be left in the space you have for this, the attention of the sales and support area leaves you satisfied with the investment you are making, even if you want to go in parts, that is, first some panels and then others give you the opportunity to do it, in addition to the fact that the work carried out from the installation to the paperwork was in the times they set.
