Greenwood Property Services - Tulum

I just got back from my stay at one of the Greenwood Tulum houses and wanted to leave my review of the place! It was gorgeous, when entering there was a little unroofed patio area with plants that was just so beautiful, inside it was styled with very minimalistic decor and I loved it! Kitchen, dining area, sofa, and tv and just everything you need! All the amenities were great, there was a coffee maker, a toaster, the cutest mason jar cups, bowls, plates, etc. There were also pots and pans to cook, it was great! There was plenty of closet space in the bedroom for our clothes AND our suitcases as well as a safe box for our valuables! The AC in the bedroom and living room was great in addition to the fans! If the AC was too cold we’d only turn on a fan but on hotter days the AC was perfect. The bathroom was spacious enough for all my skincare and hair supplies and while we never used it, another amenity was the hair dryer underneath the sink. The house was also stocked with plenty of toilet paper! Zero complaint about the shower, the sliding door kept all the water in, the water pressure was great, plenty of hot water, removable/handheld shower head, no issues with the toilet either! Everything was great, I had a very pleasant experience overall, the house was in an incredibly convenient location! near lots of shops, places to eat, markets, etc. It was also incredibly easy to guide the taxis to the house, overall we had no issues during our stay, I’m just sad our vacation ended already! Would definitely recommend Greenwood Tulum to anyone planning to visit!

We stayed at the Beachmore Tulum and our experience was simply stellar! Greenwood was incredibly personable, responsive to all of our needs, answered questions and even offered recommendations on where to “dine with the locals”. I highly recommend staying at any property they oversee!

Greenwood has been managing my home in Tulum since 2018. Ashley and her team work very hard to maintain the villa and do a wonderful job! They manage the rental bookings as well. I can see the great reviews come through on both airbnb and vrbo and am pleased to find that folks enjoy the house and the extra services! Since 2018 we've only had 2 nightmare guests/group via airbnb. One just last week actually! Desiree and Ruben were party animals who left their young child unattended and left the home a mess. They were abusive to the staff as well, yet Greenwood handled it so professionally. They protected the home and did a great job with managing this group of imbiciles who tried to squat in the house (shameful really). Airbnb took our side because Greenwood did a great job documenting everything. I have great peace of mind knowing they are on it and care about the house!

Greenwood Properties has been our management company for several years, and we have been very satisfied. Not only does Ashley speak perfect English and Spanish, she is honest, reliable, efficient and personable, and responds to questions and concerns in a timely manner. She is the ultimate professional. In addition, she has an eye for detail, has good taste and last but not least, has an excellent staff. Wendy, Manuel and Jhoanna are hardworking, detail oriented and very responsive to concerns. You can call or write on What'sAp or email at any time and get a response as soon as they are able. In addition, they are great with clients and have excellent suggestions and recommendations. The maintenance and cleaning staff is equally good. The properties they manage are very clean. They've done an excellent job during Covid. Trust me, you will not be disappointed. I recommend Greenwood properties wholeheartedly.

The villa we stayed in (Beachmore) was beautiful, and it had ample space for our group of 8. The beds are very comfortable, purified water jugs are provided, and our concierge was superb. Greenwood is an excellent property management company, A++ service the entire time. Manuel responded quickly with any request for taxis, massages, and covid tests. We were taken care of the entire time and didn't need to lift a finger. It was a fabulous experience, and we'd stay again.

Greenwood has been caring for my property for the last 8 years. They are always helpful, their workers are on time , competent and pleasant. Ashley responds immediately to any request that I have. I would strongly recommend Greenwood Property Services.
