★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a unit from this vendor for what was supposed to be a period from the 17th-22nd. A tire was damaged and I immediately called the person that I rented the unit from, didn’t want to wait in the heat for someone to come and fix it so I left the key with security and the rep insisted that I met them downstairs and if she wish to take the unit just reimburse me the days that I wasn’t going to use. She didn’t, took the car charged the entire week and kept the deposit for a tire replacement when tires where not in optimal condition to begin with and they leave these repairs out of coverage. Units are not completely clean and they smell. I would not recommend you rent this or any vehicle here, hire a driver for the week instead.

I had gone to Hertz and they quoted me at $16,000 pesos….I met Luis around the area and he solved the issue for me in less than 20min and the price was less than half of what Hertz quoted me AND included insurance and medical insurance. They gave us back our deposit no questions asked. Will rent again!
