They do not treat children well. I went to cut my 1 year old son's hair (it's not the high school time he cuts it) The chair is not designed for such small children and only has a "belt" with a 2cm strap with a snap. Very dangerous When indicating that he wanted to cut only with scissors (not with a machine), the attitude of the lady who was going to make the cut was very despotic. He started brushing and cutting with scissors fast which irritated the boy and he started to cry, I did not stop combing and cutting the hair even when the boy clearly did not want to and as a mother I was holding him so that he would not fall from that horrible chair. She was not empathetic at all to change her chair and sit him on my lap, nor give him a few minutes to calm down and the only thing he said was "you have to hold his hands tightly because I can cut him" I understand the danger, but if he is Seeing that the child is not comfortable, why does he continue? He wouldn't even stop cutting his hair so I could put a video on his phone and distract him with it. It was urgent for him to finish the cut, by generating a trauma in the child. The last straw was that he told me that he had to hold his head down hard so that he wouldn't get up, so I decided not to do it seeing the suffering it was causing my son. I paid for your service and decided not to receive your blade for a free cut in a week "for not finishing the cut" I will never return to any "greñitas" store and if they hire minimal staff who are empathic with the children and their feelings, NOTHING IS FORCED, it is not about traumatizing them either.

Yesterday I took my little boy to get a haircut and I was served by a lady with a rather unpleasant appearance and a very rude attitude since I arrived. Magda's service and attention is incredible, my son has a very strong preference for her, at the level of not letting anyone else cut his hair, we go every 15 days to have him cut and this week it's his turn, I think it's very sad that she is no longer going to work there since we never had any problems with her and in the year that I have been going every 15 days, she never treated us badly or I saw a child cry with her, because she is too patient. I don't know what I'll do, and if anyone has a way to help me locate her, I'd appreciate it. It is very important to me, since my son is not left with anyone else.
