Terrible service, they keep dialing even when you send them proof of payment and the customer who contacted them confirms receipt of payment...

Terrible service, they look for you and follow up for the payment and once it has been made, they do not follow up and do not report it to the bureau. Terrible, especially the Assistant Manager Marlen with a call and msg where she is only delaying the process.
