★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Greyhound bus station in Monterrey that has bus routes to many locations. There is an OXXO inside the terminal to buy coffee and snacks for your wait or your ride. The bus terminal is small, so very little stress in catching a bus. The station is clean, and the greyhound staff is friendly. I’ve departed and arrived to this station many times, and my experience has always been nice. There is a parking lot, but I’m not sure if it costs money. I usually Uber to and from the station. The Uber can drop you off/pick you up directly at the front door of the bus terminal. There are restrooms in the station as well. Next time I’ll try to remember to take pictures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst, the stolen my suitcase, and when you try to talk to someone nobody knows and they said that is your responsibility!!!
Not only the stations are nasty. they hire a call center on the Philippines for you buy your tickets of course but not to respond for your complaints.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ExtremelynPoor customer service. Much as I arrived 10 min late at the station the clerk wouldnt let me board. The bus was still at the terminal and I politely requested to be allowed to get in the bus even with the intervention of other passengers. I felt humilated and utterly disrespected. You can do better Greyhound.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean bus station. It has 2 departures to McAllen daily. It has several more to Nuevo Laredo and Dallas. By using the app and buying your tickets online ahead of time, you can save good money. I have been able to travel to McAllen in some occasions for just 5 bucks. Can’t beat that. To reach central Monterrey, you can get an Uber or a Didi for approximately 100 pesos. Update 11/6/21: I used the metro station Sendero nearby to get to central Monterrey and it was pretty cheap and convenient. I paid 8.50 pesos for 2 one way tickets.
