★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El empleado de ventanilla fue lo peor, le hable que no llegaba si podía cambiar el bus. Me dijo que tenia que llegar. Llegue y me faltaba un papel. Le dije lo hago en minutos , el dijo . Pues ya se va. Compre otro y me lo hicieron mal. Bueno gaste mucho y me quede pensado que era mala compañía. Por mi manera me pase a USA y alcance el bus que debería tomar a mi destino a Dallas.

 The window employee was the worst, I told him that he would not arrive if he could change the bus. He told me he had to come. I arrived and I was missing a piece of paper. I told him I'll do it in minutes, he said. Well, it's gone. I bought another one and they did me wrong. Well I spent a lot and I was thinking that it was bad company. On my way I went to the USA and caught the bus that I should take to my destination in Dallas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an unexpected transfer that I had to wait for from 3:25AM to 9AM! They said I would be taken to another bus station(central Station) before my takeoff time which didn't happen!!!!! They brought me late to the station and no seating was available although my tickets were already pre- purchased with GREYHOUND over 2 months ago and I had to wait till 3:30PM for the next bus!!!!!!! This puts me getting to Guadalajara bus station at 3:30AM when I should have been there at 9:30PM!!!!!!!!!By the way my trip started in Houston on 12/22/20 @ 11:30AM today is the 23rd and I'm waiting for my 3:30PM

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took a bus to Laredo at 5 am. This place seemed safe at that time of night. It’s a newer construction made for Greyhound only and it looks nice. It also has a built-in oxxo.
It took us 20 min by Uber from San Pedro, as it’s further away than the actual bus central.
