★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben hier ein Auto ausgeliehen und das ging super einfach, problemlos und günstig. Der Erstkontakt lief über WhatsApp und da haben wir schon alle notwendigen Informationen erhalten. Am Tag wo wir das Auto abgeholt haben, wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen und beraten, der Angestellte hat uns noch mit Lokalen Tips für unseren Ausflug versorgt.
Sollte ich Mal eine Tour in Oaxaca machen wollen, dann wende ich mich bestimmt an Gri-llo Tours
 We rented a car here and it was super easy, problem-free and cheap. The first contact was via WhatsApp and we already received all the necessary information. On the day we picked up the car, we were welcomed and advised in a very friendly manner, the employee provided us with local tips for our excursion.
Should I ever want to do a tour in Oaxaca, then I will definitely turn to Gri-llo Tours

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agencia muy chafita. Contratamos el paquete a Hierve el Agua citandonos a las 8 am para salir a las 10 am porque estaban esperando más pasaje que al final no subió. Te obligan a consumir en restaurantes donde ya traen moche cuando al inicio ellos te lo pintan que es opcional. El restaurante es pésimo y caro. Destinaron casi dos horas a la "comida" por lo que no pudimos ir al Tule. Ojo: otras personas que ya habían contratado se quejaron porque el guía había sido grosero además de que llegan a los destinos con la sorpresa de que están cerrados por lo que "enseñaron" todo por afuera. No aceptan tarjeta porque de otra manera pagarías el IVA (¿?) Son unos tranzas pero así son todas las agencias. Yo buscaré hacer mi denuncia a la PROFECO y el SAT.
Very chafita agency. We hired the package to Hierve el Agua, meeting us at 8 am to leave at 10 am because they were waiting for more passage that in the end did not go up. They force you to consume in restaurants where they already bring moche when at the beginning they paint it for you, which is optional. The restaurant is lousy and expensive. They devoted almost two hours to "food" so we could not go to the Tule. Be careful: other people who had already hired complained because the guide had been rude and they arrive at the destinations with the surprise that they are closed so they "showed" everything on the outside. They do not accept a card because otherwise you would pay VAT (¿?) They are a few traces but that's the way all agencies are. I will seek to make my complaint to the PROFECO and the SAT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long story short, they hire contractors to sell tours in the Zocolo. Sometimes the contractors get lazy and and forget things. However, the company made it right afterwards.

Pros:
Very good driver
The Mezcal tasting was less commercial than expected, and actually good
They included the entry cost to Hierve el Agua, which is usually paid as an extra
Cons:
We were picked up for the tour around 8 am, but we left at 10 am for Oaxaca, as they were waiting for some late comers that never showed up
The driver took us to a bakery shop that was not included in the tour where we lost half an hour
We lost 2 hours in the buffet restaurant (poor quality).
The tour was supposed to end at 7 pm, but due to the initial delay and the time lost in detours and at the mandatory restaurant we returned to Oaxaca at 10 pm. We did not manage to go to Tule, which was comprised in the tour, for the same reason.

Cons: go to central and book in person. Booked via WhatsApp without knowing the price and charged $700 instead of $350 pp
Also echo the other feedback that you are really at the Liberty of chance in terms of when they decide to show up on the group tour
