★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encantó este lugar. El ambiente es tranquilo, buena comida y cerveza. Perfecto para ir con familia, amigos o pareja y tienen música country para ambientar el lugar.
El espacio es abierto y para las condiciones actuales (pandemia 2020) son ideales para poder asistir. El lugar es muy limpio y tienen buen servicio.
El precio es de medio a alto, quizá el consumo por persona seria aproximadamente de $150 entre una bedida y un platillo.
La especialidad es la carne y tienen unos asadores grandes y la carta te ofrece algunos cortes.
Muy rico y recomendable para visitarlo por la tarde - noche.
 I loved this place. The atmosphere is calm, good food and beer. Perfect to go with family, friends or partner and they have country music to set the scene.
The space is open and for the current conditions (pandemic 2020) they are ideal to attend. The place is very clean and they have good service.
The price is medium to high, perhaps the consumption per person would be approximately $ 150 between a drink and a dish.
The specialty is meat and they have large grills and the menu offers you some cuts.
Very rich and recommended to visit in the afternoon - night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PRECIOS EXORBITANTES!!!, la atención es muy buena, tienen un Bar bien equipado, en general toda los alimentos son excelentes, el Pork Belly y la hamburguesa de Rib Eye son mis preferidos. Acostumbraba a ir cada 15 días, ahora ya es imposible ya que subieron exageradamente los precios.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno de mis lugares favoritos en Xalapa. Si bien es considera algo caro, la calidad de la comida y las porciones lo compensan. El estilo es Texas BBQ, con cocciones de 8 a 16 horas, tal vez más. De mis favoritos están el brisket de res (también cuentan con su versión en wagyu), la hamburguesa de rib eye (una de las mejores que he probado en mi vida) y el costillar de res que es tan suave que se desliza del hueso. La mixología es interesante, mi favorito es el gin&tonic clásico que es una delicia. El lugar tiene opción de reservación y cuenta con música en vivo. El servicio es generalmente rápido puesto que las carnes que sirven ya se encuentran preparadas y listas para servir.
One of my favorite places in Xalapa. Although it is considered somewhat expensive, the quality of the food and the portions make up for it. The style is Texas BBQ, with cooks from 8 to 16 hours, maybe longer. Some of my favorites are the beef brisket (they also have their wagyu version), the rib eye burger (one of the best I've ever had) and the beef rib which is so soft it slides off the bone. The mixology is interesting, my favorite is the classic gin & tonic which is a delight. The place has a reservation option and has live music. The service is generally quick since the meats they serve are already prepared and ready to serve.
