Terrible attention from the supposed manager! If unworthy he hangs up on you! He hung up on me and yelled at me when I comment on the amount of sauces they ship. I still told him, send me enough sauces because I asked for half a kilo of flank steak and a burrito, and they sent me two bags for two tacos which I thought was a joke and he told me to find out if they were wrong, but the haughty manager told me that's how it ships and he told me no more sauces are sold. Worst of all, he yelled at me and hung up on me. I told her to contact the owner or manager and she told me that she was the owner, so I told her that as a businesswoman the quality of the meat and food was great but that she lacked quantity of sauces or at least that she was flexible if they asked her more, sell by bag! And she tells me that she is not a businesswoman ? ok then who do I have to talk to .. and she got angry and hung up on me. The truth gave me a very hard time before my meal! What a shame for this woman! Help him a little! And if she also has to answer by this means ... I think the point is that she does not know how to be in charge, why do they put service functions that she does not know how to carry!

The lady who answers got very aggressive even though my husband told her 3 times to send the order anyway. I called him because his attitude annoyed me and he began to tell me that he was threatening her and he began to yell at me ... really, a BAD EXPERIENCE ... save yourself a hard time and ask elsewhere. Terrible attention, rude and with a bad attitude to the customer, they deny you information and treat you with disdain on the phone, and even so when you comment on Facebook to improve their service you are offended by the cat that attends.

The menu is very varied and the food is delicious, the prices are fair and the customer service is excellent, there is a good atmosphere, I recommend it.
