Afortunadamente en nuestro negocio contamos con cámaras en las cuales se puede corroborar que la causa de su enojo fue:
1.- por qué usted se equivoco de estética y nos culpo por eso.
2.-por no querer rapar a un perrito tipo chihuahua (los pelo corto NO se rapan)
3.- por no querer pagar nuestro servicio (nosotros cobramos $400.- y usted nos dio lo que quizo)
Y créame que en las 7 horas que se tardó en recogerlo (anexo fotos de llegada del perrito, y de la hora en la que llego la dueña por el) tomó bastante agua.

Fortunately in our business we have cameras in which it can be confirmed that the cause of his anger was:

3.- for not wanting to pay for our service (we charge $ 400.- and you gave us what you wanted)
And believe me that in the 7 hours it took to pick him up (attached photos of the puppy's arrival, and the time the owner arrived for him) he drank a lot of water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mucha falta de profesionalismo, se llevó a una perrita a cortar el pelo, solamente la bañaron según ellos y le pusieron perfume, mal trato por no ser de “raza” ni siquiera le dieron agua y se portaron súper prepotentes y aun así se indignaron en cobrar. No vayan. Deberían cerrar este tipo de “estéticas”.
Much lack of professionalism, they took a dog to cut her hair, they only bathed her according to them and put perfume on her, bad treatment for not being of "race" they did not even give her water and they behaved super arrogant and even so they were outraged in collect. Do not go. They should close this type of "aesthetic".
