★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es de lo mejor, los encargados aman a los perritos y mis mascotas fueron tratados de manera excelente y además sus precios son muy accesibles. Estoy muy contenta de que esté tan cerca de mi casa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ursula es una estupenda veterinaria ¡el spa es súper profesional! ella siempre decidida a escuchar primero a sus clientes y a velar por el bien de nuestros peluditos, cuando hay alguna situación difícil de atender busca, ella misma, una segunda opinión y se rodea de profesionales en el padecimiento específico del paciente, nunca ha tratado igual a mi perro que a mis gatitos, entiende perfecto que cada uno de ellos es diferente, lleva un record/cartilla de cada uno y sin duda recuerda perfecto a cada paciente. El trato es completamente recomendable, ojala fuera perro para que me atendiera como atiende a mi Kika y Max desde hace 8 años :) Felicidades Grooming Spa y Ursula <3 por su excelente manejo a nuestros animalitos.
Ursula is a great veterinarian, the spa is super professional! She is always determined to listen first to her clients and to ensure the good of our furry, when there is a difficult situation to look for, she herself, a second opinion and surrounds herself with professionals in the specific condition of the patient, has never treated the same as My dog, that my kittens, understands perfectly that each one of them is different, has a record / primer of each one and certainly remembers each patient perfectly. The treatment is completely recommended, I wish I was a dog to attend me as I attend to my Kika and Max for 8 years :) Congratulations Grooming Spa and Ursula <3 for its excellent handling of our animals.

Servicio ha sido excelente, el trato ejemplar, la orientación y ayuda de ellos súper bien.
Tan es así que una de mis perras está más que contenta de estar con ellos.

Hace un mes y medio (aclaración) llevé a mi perro a bañar aquí, es un Husky. Mi perro es inquieto, pero siempre que lo llevaba a bañar me dicen que es bien portado y para nada agresivo. Fui a este establecimiento por lo que ofrecen, me dijeron que ellos estaban preparados y que lo iban a dejar bien. Cuando lo recogí me dijeron que educara a mi perro y me lo entregaron de muy mala gana. Cuando llegó mi perro se la pasó acostado y no quería comer, estaba triste. Lo revise y su hocico estaba inflamado y no quería levantar la cola, tenía miedo. En este establecimiento dañaron a mi perro. En dado caso que mi perro no se dejara, me pudieron haber llamado para decirme que no accedía y sólo buscaba otro establecimiento en dónde bañarlo. Pero no, prefirieron lastimar a mi perro. Muy mal servicio, pésima atención. No permitan que sigan lastimando a nuestras mascotas.

A month and a half ago (clarification) I took my dog to bathe here, it's a Husky. My dog is restless, but whenever I took him to bathe they tell me that he is well behaved and not at all aggressive. I went to this establishment for what they offer, they told me that they were prepared and that they would leave it well. When I picked it up they told me to educate my dog and they gave it to me very reluctantly. When my dog arrived he passed it to him and he didn't want to eat, he was sad. I checked it and his snout was swollen and he didn't want to lift his tail, he was afraid. In this establishment they damaged my dog. In case my dog did not leave, they could have called me to tell me that I did not agree and just looked for another establishment where to bathe him. But no, they preferred to hurt my dog. Very bad service, bad attention. Don't let them keep hurting our pets.
