About Groshi Express
Desde 2006 estamos complaciendo paladares en la ciudad de Coatzacoalcos, logrando expandirnos a otras plazas, llevando nuestro sabor a: Minatitlán (2008), Boca del Río (2010), Veracruz (2011).
En 2013 nos convertimos en empresa franquiciante, invitando a los emprendedores e inversionistas a unirse a nuestro exitoso modelo de negocio.
Gracias a esto, aperturamos tres nuevas sucursales en Puebla (2013) y dos más en México, D.F. (2015), además de nuestra primera sucursal en Querétaro (2016). Durante los últimos años abrimos sucursales de Groshi Express en Villahermosa, Ciudad Satélite y Aguascalientes sumando 14 puntos de venta a nivel nacional al 2019.

Lo único malo es el lugar para estacionarse...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tiene estacionamiento. Las opciones, del buffet son limitadas. No es auténtica comida japonesa. El sabor es malo, abusan del queso crema, los precios no son exagerados pero no vale lo que sirven. Aún con calor, no encienden el clima.
It has no parking. The options, from the buffet are limited. It is not authentic Japanese food. The taste is bad, they abuse the cream cheese, the prices are not exaggerated but it is not worth what they serve. Even with heat, they do not turn on the climate.

Las opciones del buffet además de limitadas, se agitaron y no las volvieron a surtir en hora y media. Mejor pedimos la cuenta y nos fuimos; la explicación que nos daba la chica del personal, era que se les había acabado el pollo y que todavía no les llegaba más así que pues iba a tardar, que ya sabíamos nosotros si nos íbamos o lo esperábamos (eso dijo después de una hora de que no habían surtido el buffet). No ofrecieron ningún tipo de compensación ni disculpa por lo que faltó, y nadamás pagué porque ya habíamos comido algunas cosas.
Imposible que cobren completo un servicio que no pueden dar. Ojalá que mejoren para no repetir esta clase de situaciones.
Lamento no haber tomado fotos, porque no hay fotos de los usuarios, y ni de chiste está como en las fotos que tienen aquí.

They did not offer any type of compensation or apology for what was missing, and I only paid because we had already eaten some things.
It is impossible for them to fully charge for a service they cannot provide. Hopefully they improve so as not to repeat this kind of situation.
