★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo esta bien solo algo pues vera hay me convencieron de sacar una tarjeta la de C&A y me dijeron que de 6 mese sin intereses y todo eso y resulta que no me respetaron eso y hasta me cobrearon mas de lo que debía y a tienden muy mal no se los recomiendo pero de hay en fuera todo el centro comercial esta super bien
Everything is fine, just something, you see, they convinced me to get a C&A card and they told me that 6 months without interest and all that and it turns out that they didn't respect me and they even charged me more than I should, they tend very badly I recommend them but from the outside the whole mall is super good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El dia domingo fui al centro comercial lago de guadalupe acudi al area de comida y en la cafeteria LA SORPRESA este local esta dentro de la plaza en el area de comida y me acerque al mostrador a pedir unos alimentos para llevar despues de unos 45 mn de espera me entregan mis flautas doradas junto con una sopa de tortilla todo me lo entregaron cerrado y me retire ami hogar al momento de consumir los alimentos despues de un par de cucharadas a mi sopa me percato de algo extraño dentro de la sopa lo saco y me doy cuenta que es una cucaracha muerta que estaba dentro de mi sopa en ese momento mi repulsion y asco me hizo tirar la sopa pero pudo tomarle fotos a aquel animal.
Marco al local y les comento la situacion y solo me dicen que en mi proxima compra me haran el descuento osea ilusamnete creen que voy a regresar pedi hablar con el gerente pedi su numero y me lo negaron. Pedi poner una queja sobre un restaurante dentro del centro comercial lago de guadalupe en el estado de mexico acerca de los alimentos que ahi sirven y preparan y nadie me ayudo
On Sunday I went to the Guadalupe de Acudi shopping center, I went to the food area and in the LA SORPRESA cafeteria, this place is inside the square in the food area and I went to the counter to ask for some takeaway food after about 45 minutes from wait, they give me my golden flutes along with an tortilla soup, they delivered everything to me closed and I removed my home at the moment of consuming the food after a couple of tablespoons to my soup I noticed something strange inside the soup I take it out and I I realize that it is a dead cockroach that was inside my soup at that time my repulsion and disgust made me throw the soup but could take pictures of that animal.
I go to the store and tell them about the situation and they just tell me that in my next purchase they will make me the bone discount I hope they will return I asked to speak with the manager asked for their number and they denied it. I asked to make a complaint about a restaurant inside the Guadalupe de Guadalupe shopping center in the state of Mexico about the food they serve and prepare and nobody helped me
