El inicio de esta empresa surge en el año de 1934, mismo año en el cual el Don Francisco Dueñas González construye la primera grúa en Guadalajara, Jalisco. Él, en ese entonces, siendo propietario de un taller de reparación de vehículos dada la necesidad de trasladar los mismos a su taller, buscó la opción de hacerlo por él mismo, acondicionando un automóvil Lincoln modelo 1923, quitándole la parte trasera y con astucia le adaptó un WINCH manual. Habiendo ya probado el funcionamiento de esta grúa empezó a ofrecer este servicio de traslado de vehículos a sus amistades y clientes y es así, como iniciaron las primeras grúas en Guadalajara, GRÚAS DUEÑAS.
