Nos dieron largas por varios días para cotizarnos el servicio y cuando ya estábamos por pagar, nos cancelaron sin razón alguna argumentando que ya no tenían grúa disponible y no volvieron a contestar. Muchísima informalidad.
Terrible customer service, it seems that one has to beg for their services. They delayed us for several days to quote us the service and when we were about to pay, they canceled us for no reason arguing that they no longer had a tow truck available and they did not answer again. Very informal.
