★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y te maltratan tu vehículo. Las personas que están en el Resguardo laborando son pedantes y no tienen ni la mínima idea de lo que es atención a clientes.
Nunca dejen qué su vehículo entre al resguardo de GNP, recibirás tu coche dañado, sucio por dentro (porque dejan los vidrios abajo), además de que te harán esperar hasta 5 horas para entregarte tu coche aunque tengas todo los papeles en regla.
Última vez que contrato con GNP Seguros.
Terrible service and they mistreat your vehicle. The people who are working in the Resguardo are pedantic and do not have the slightest idea of what customer service is.
Never let your vehicle enter the GNP shelter, you will receive your car damaged, dirty inside (because they leave the windows down), plus they will make you wait up to 5 hours to deliver your car even if you have all the papers in order.
Last time I contract with GNP Seguros.
