★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevo más de 6 horas esperando una grúa y en cabina solo dan largas ,pretextos y una pésima atención cero sensibilidad , estoy en la calle con lluvia y solo dicen que no soy el único con un siniestro, solo por que el seguro asignó este servicio de grúa si no ni de chiste lo contrato,no lo recomendó ni poquito

Aparentemente buena atención en la llamada inicial, me asignaron un servicio para 45min a una hora y después fue un calvario que me volvieran a contestar y dar información apropiada. Pretextos como: se le ponchó la llanta a la plataforma, la vía recreativa les obstruye el paso (cuando ésta tenía dos horas de haber concluido) finalmente recibí el servicio luego de casi 2 horas de espera. Parece además que no dan mantenimiento apropiado a las plataformas. Mala atención telefónica.
I should have read the reviews first before ordering a tow truck. Apparently good attention in the initial call, they assigned me a service for 45min to an hour and then it was an ordeal that they answered me again and gave appropriate information. Pretexts such as: the platform had a flat tire, the recreational road blocked their path (when it was two hours after completion) I finally received the service after almost 2 hours of waiting. It also appears that they do not properly maintain the platforms. Bad telephone service.
