El día 23 de noviembre solicite el servicio de grúa para mí motocicleta ,en camino al destino ya con la motocicleta arriba, una banda con la que amarran el vehículo se reventó, por tal motivo la motocicleta cayó y se dañaron los plásticos, el chófer le marca al dueño y le comenta que no hable al seguro de la grúa que el sin ningún problema me paga las piezas el día lunes 25 , que no tenga pendiente que es una empresa seria. Se llega el día lunes y me presento en las oficinas de la empresa , pero el dueño no se encontraba por lo cual le marcan y me lo pasan , cual es mi sorpresa! Que el dueño de forma grosera me dice que no va a comprar una pieza nueva que solo repararia la pieza , mi molestia con el fue que mis plásticos estaban enteros y no quería que me hiciera parches de plásticos , se molesto y me responde hazle como quieras y me colgó el teléfono
Que falta de ... Palabra del dueño
En no sostener su promesa y segunda que falta de profesionalidad y madurez al no dar la cara por su propia empresa.
Buscando referencias de esta empresa me llevo muy malas críticas respecto al dueño
En fin ... Es mi experiencia
