★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen arreglo para robar con el gobierno municipal. Cuando recogen un carro, jamas llevan el documento que los acredita para hacerlo. Llevan los autos a una propiedad particular, siendo que están en custodia oficial.
They have an arrangement to steal with the municipal government. When they pick up a car, they never carry the document that accredits them to do so. They take the cars to a private property, being that they are in official custody.
