★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad no fue la más grata ya q roban ,m salió más caro l q estuviera ahí q la multa van a creer eso y q por arrastre cuando no hubo tal arrastré ni estuvo 24 hrs ahí que la cota la pone la fiscalía me comentaron pro a la hora de pedirles que me mostrarán un papel donde lo acredite no lo tienen solo a un acuerdo entre grúas y gobernación no tienen como comprobarlo, q mal q le roben así q t digan q tu gobernador está de acuerdo, mi falta mereció un castigo ok pro q quieran hacer su agosto con eso no lo veo adecuado señores tengan cuidado fuera grúas Hidalgo y q dejen de robar junto con gobernación levantemos la voz.........

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. No concuerdan con sus valores, misión ni visión. A mi auto lo abrieron, le quitaron toda la gasolina, rompieron un empaque de la bomba de gasolina y aparte no tuvieron ni la decencia de acomodar el asiento para disimular un poco su delito. Además me robaron pertenencias y al llamar a reclamar sólo recibí amenazas de sus empleados con que me vendrán a buscar. Esto pasó hoy 20 de octubre del 2017, sí algo me sucede responsabilizo al Sr. Flores quién tengo entendido es el dueño.
A futuros usuarios les recomiendo tomar fotos de cómo se va su auto, cuánta gasolina trae y anotar TODO lo que se queda en su interior en el reporte , ya que ellos sólo les pedirán su firma.

Terrible service. They do not match their values, mission or vision. They opened my car, they took all the gasoline from it, they broke a gas pump package and besides they didn't have the decency to accommodate the seat to hide their crime a little. They also stole my belongings and when I called to claim, I only received threats from their employees that they would come looking for me. This happened today, October 20, 2017, if something happens to me, I blame Mr. Flores who I understand is the owner.
To future users, I recommend taking photos of how your car is going, how much gasoline it brings, and write down EVERYTHING that stays inside it in the report, since they will only ask for your signature.
