★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un pésimo servicio, son personas completamente descaradas , mi vehículo apenas y duro unas horas y fue suficiente para que ma cambiaran la llanta de refacción por una que ni siquiera es compatible para el vehículo, desaparecieron desde los tapetes hasta objetos personales.
It is a lousy service, they are completely shameless people, my vehicle barely lasted a few hours and it was enough for them to change the spare tire for one that is not even compatible for the vehicle, they disappeared from the mats to personal belongings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca llego el servicio, llamé y me dijeron que consultarían donde estaba el conductor y me devolvían la llamada, lo cuál nunca pasó, al grado de que apagaron el celular para ya no recibir mi llamada. Me dejaron varada en medio de la noche. PÉSIMO SERVICIO, NO LO RECOMIENDO EN ABSOLUTO. No pierdan su tiempo en llamar... Además de que te amenazan con denunciarte a la policía Federal si llegan y no estas en el lugar.
The service never came, I called and they told me that they would check where the driver was and they would call me back, which never happened, to the point that they turned off the cell phone to no longer receive my call. They left me stranded in the middle of the night. AWFUL SERVICE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL. Do not waste your time calling... In addition to threatening to report you to the Federal Police if they arrive and you are not there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedí un servicio cerca de la 6 de la tarde. Me dijeron que llegarían en 25 minutos... Pasaron más de dos horas y nunca llegaron. No puedes llamar para cancelar y pedir otra porque dejan de contestar y no sabes si llegarán o no.
I ordered a service around 6 pm. They told me they would arrive in 25 minutes... More than two hours passed and they never arrived. You can't call to cancel and ask for another one because they stop answering and you don't know if they will arrive or not.
