Ya había acordado el viaje de la grúa, la hora y el precio, solo que me dijeron tenía que esperar como 3 horas, ya que tenían otros clientes programados antes de mi, lo que me pareció correcto ya que era el mejor precio que había encontrado (dejé ahí mi carro y me fui en uber a hacer unos pendientes y aproveché para ir a comer), pero al pasar las 3 horas me intenté comunicar y ya no contestaron ?
Finalmente tuve que marcarle a otro servicio de grúas y fue de okis la espera de horas. Afortunadamente la otra grúa si llegó en aproximadamente media hora y solo me cobraron $100 más que lo que había acordado con grúas López ??♂️
Terrible service, or at least bad luck, I don't know what it would be. I had already agreed on the trip of the crane, the time and the price, only that they told me I had to wait like 3 hours, since they had other clients scheduled before me, which seemed correct to me since it was the best price I had found. (I left my car there and went by uber to do some earrings and took the opportunity to go to eat), but after 3 hours I tried to communicate and they no longer answered ?
Finally I had to call another towing service and it was ok to wait for hours. Fortunately the other crane did arrive in about half an hour and they only charged me $ 100 more than what I had agreed with López crane ??♂️
