Excellent service, very cheap and the people who answer the phones are very friendly, it is understood the time of delay sometimes due to the traffic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, más de dos horas esperando una grúa, casi 3 horas esperando y las del teléfono ponen pretextos tan mensos para justificar la impuntualidad, ni siquiera se ponen de acuerdo para que sea el mismo pretexto, aparte son mal educadas.
Solamente cuando agendas el servicio conviene y aún así son in puntuales
Terrible service, more than two hours waiting for a tow truck, almost 3 hours waiting and those on the phone make such dreary pretexts to justify being late, they don't even agree to make it the same pretext, apart from being rude.
Only when you schedule the service is convenient and even then they are non-punctual

Van 3 veces que necesito de sus servicios y la única vez que respondieron fue para darme un costo muy elevado.
They do not answer...
There are 3 times that I need their services and the only time they responded was to give me a very high cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio la grúa llegó una hora 50 minutos después de que solicité el servicio por el personal administrativo primero me dijeron que llegaba en 30 minutos la grúa volví a llamar que en unos 15 y así me traían luego que en el minutos llegaban total que en pocas palabras unas señorita muy mentirosa si no les gusta su trabajo que hacen ahí llegó la grúa y comento el conductor que apenas le habían informado una media hora antes espero sr gerente o dueño del negocio debería supervisar mejor a su personal administrativo difinitivamente no se los recomiendo
Terrible service the tow truck arrived an hour 50 minutes after I requested the service by the administrative staff first they told me that the tow truck would arrive in 30 minutes I called again that in about 15 and so they brought me then that in a few minutes they arrived totally that in a few words some very lying young lady if you don't like the work you do there the tow truck arrived and the driver commented that they had barely informed him half an hour before I hope the manager or owner of the business should better supervise his administrative staff I definitely do not recommend them
