★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hola buenas tardes , el día de hoy trate de obtener una cotización para una maniobra que requiero, tomaron mis datos y quedaron en enviármela formalmente a mi correo , después de una hora llame para saber el estatus de ésta y me atendió una señorita de una forma muy prepotente y grosera, el cual me dejo un mal sabor de boca, espero pueda mejorar esa parte, y al parecer no soy el único que opina de esta forma, creo que los demás comentarios se refieren a la misma persona.
En el servicio de la maniobra no puedo opinar ya que esta primera impresión fue motivo para buscar otro servicio que si tome en cuenta la atención al cliente.

Hello, good afternoon, today I tried to get a quote for a maneuver that I require, they took my data and agreed to send it to me formally to my email, after an hour I called to find out the status of it and a lady attended me in a way very arrogant and rude, which left a bad taste in my mouth, I hope I can improve that part, and apparently I am not the only one who thinks this way, I think the other comments refer to the same person.
In the service of the maneuver I cannot comment since this first impression was reason to look for another service that if taking into account customer service.
