★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El tiempo de respuesta es rapida porque tienen concesión, hasta ahi todo bien, pero ya en el corralon me sacaron cosas que traia en el interior yme robaron un par de piezas de los interiores. Obviamente al preguntar se hacen los desentendidos. Eso ya deja que desear del servicio.
The response time is fast because they have a concession, so far so good, but in the corralon they took out things that I had inside and they stole a couple of pieces of the interior. Obviously, when asking, they are ignorant. That already leaves something to be desired from the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nefastos. No tengo palabras para expresar mi experiencia en este lugar pero las frases "la ocasión hace al ladrón" y "rata de dos patas", aplican.
No conocen la atención ni el servicio al cliente, la persona que estaba ahí nos dijo que debemos agradecer que no saqueo mi automóvil.
Recomendación: ocupar otro servicio de grúas.
dire. I have no words to express my experience in this place but the phrases "the occasion makes the thief" and "two-legged rat" apply.
They don't know customer care or service, the person who was there told us that we should be thankful that my car was not looted.
Recommendation: use another towing service.
