★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, tuve un incidente vial el ajustador contrato el servicio llegaron después de 3 horas, el operador solo vio mi vehículo y dijo, no me lo puedo llevar aún y cuando le mostré la liberacion de parte de tránsito y la aseguradora, se fue del lugar diciendo que no podía dar el servicio porque la camioneta no podía rodar. Hablé a sus oficinas y quedaron de mandarme otra, llego dos horas y media después poniendo peros al servicio que porque el ajustador nunca dijo que el vehículo no podía rodar, se ofreció a llevarle con un costo extra de $1500 pesos por costos de maniobras, al cuál rechace por excesivo. Nuevamente la grúa se retiró sin darme tiempo de arreglar el tema con sus asesores. Realmente no recomendable.
Terrible service, I had a road incident, the adjuster hired the service, they arrived after 3 hours, the operator only saw my vehicle and said, I can't take it yet and when I showed him the release of the traffic report and the insurance company, he left the place saying that he could not give the service because the truck could not roll. I spoke to their offices and they agreed to send me another, I arrived two and a half hours later putting buts at the service that because the adjuster never said that the vehicle could not roll, he offered to take him with an extra cost of $ 1500 pesos for maneuvering costs, to the which one rejects as excessive. Again the crane withdrew without giving me time to settle the matter with their advisers. Not really recommended.
