★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No cuentan con opciones adicionales en sus gruas si tienes un auto automatico... no dan alguna recomendacion para atender tu solicitud con algun otro proveedor. Peor aún si coincides con un operativo de tránsito, todas las unidades ocupadas...
They do not have additional options in their cranes if you have an automatic car ... they do not give any recommendation to meet your request with any other provider. Worse still if you coincide with a transit operation, all units occupied ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I promised the driver, Joshua I would say good things about him and the company. They deserve it as I had a very suitable experience. The price seemed too cheap, but I am used to prices set by vultures in Houston. So I tipped nicely for such competent service. I had just been frustrated by a taxi driver that didn't know our destination nor be able to follow Google maps. Joshua rocked it when I only had to describe locations once. He verified what I said, but was very confident with street navigation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Corruption at its best. Grupo Riviera and police of Tulum together in business. They tow 15 motorcycles - well parked at the beach - in a single truck. Then charge 105 usd per motorcycle. Rinse and repeat and you have one of the most profitable businesses in Yucatan.
