★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio de la grúa y chófer obviamente impecable , pero deberían de poner más atención en las personas que contestan ellos están metidos en su aire acondicionado y no sufren en lo más mínimo pero les vale una reverenda madre lo que los clientes tienen que esperar, de verdad ojalá vean esto los dueños y les importe un poco. Que tomen cartas en el asunto. Y pongan a gente competente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primero q nada esta compañía llamada grúas rofil . Es la más irresponsable q haya husado. Te disen una hora u nunca llegan y tres veces. Me lo hicieron. Hasta q hoy. Ya no pude siempre con el pretexto de q tuvieron un percance hoy espere 4 horas y media. Y jamás me delovolvieron la llamada aunque sea de cortesía diciéndome. Yo hable y me dijeron q durarían 2 horas más. Lo peor piensan q te están hasiendo un favor y no le pagas 500 pesos por dos kilómetros. Jamás los buscare mas. Aún sea la única en merida abimehri. 35 minutos. Y ya estaban allí y lo peor no acaba allí son personas sin servicio al cliente. Hojala. Q no les pase.
