En el corralón de #Grúas #Sartec (SERVICIO DE ARRASTRE Y RESCATE TECAMAC, S.A. DE C.V.) me quieren cobrar 11,450 pesos de grúa por 21 kilómetros (Conforme al tabulador oficial son menos de $1,500 pesos) #Qualitas tampoco se quiere hacer responsable, comparto mi historia:
Informo que ayer #GRUASSARTEC (SERVICIO DE ARRASTRE Y RESCATE #TECAMAC, S.A. DE C.V.) me quería cobrar $11,450.00 pesos y hoy $7,000.00 de grúa por un traslado menor a 25 Km (Deberían ser aproximadamente $1,500.00), lo anterior derivado de un percance automovilístico que sufrió mi hermano el martes 22 de junio del presente año en Avenida Central en dirección a la Ciudad, frente a la estación de mexibus 1° de mayo en las Américas, en el cual no se llegó a un acuerdo (Aunque ambos vehículos estaban asegurados con cobertura amplia) por lo que intervino el Oficial Conciliador, mediador y calificador del Primer Turno en las Américas, Ecatepec de Morelos, Estado de México, Lic. Adrián Castillo Álvarez, quien remitió mi vehículo con GRÚAS SARTEC (SERVICIO DE ARRASTRE Y RESCATE TECAMAC, S.A. DE C.V.) al corralón ubicado en Camino a San Juan Teotihuacan S/N, Colonia Rancho la Capilla Tecamac, Estado de México (En otro municipio).
Derivado de lo anterior, el día jueves 24 se emitió un dictamen en tránsito terrestre donde se indicó un empate -que los hechos no pudieron suscitarse de forma indistinta-) y el día viernes 25 se cerró el expediente en el Juzgado Cívico y se solicitó la liberación de los pagos por parte del abogado de Qualitas. Siguiendo el proceso el día lunes 28 y martes 29 me comuniqué con Mariana Cruz y Jeni Moreno del área encargada del pago de grúas de #QUALITAS, informando Jeni Moreno en la presente fecha a las 14:20 horas que no sería posible cubrir el pago de la grúa porque no se cumplía la condición de que mi vehículo no pudiera circular por sí mismo (porque según circuló del lugar del siniestro hasta el Juzgado Civico, pero iba muy lento arrastrando una llanta que chocaba), pero que mi liberación de corralón ya estaba lista, por lo que acudí en uber al Corralón de GRÚAS SARTEC para que me informaran que aún no estaba liberado el pago, por lo que siendo aproximadamente las 17:00 horas me comuniqué a QUALITAS, quienes en ese momento liberaron el pago por estancia del vehículo en el corralón, más no cubrieron el pago por concepto de grúa que según GRÚAS SARTEC (SERVICIO DE ARRASTRE Y RESCATE TECAMAC, S.A. DE C.V.), asciende a más de $11,450.00 (ONCE MIL CUATROCIENTOS CINCUENTA PESOS 00/100 M.N.), cuando únicamente fue trasladado de la Oficialía mediadora, conciliadora y calificadora de las Américas, ubicado en Av. Insurgentes, Fraccionamiento Las Américas, Las Américas, 55070 Ecatepec de Morelos, Estado de México al #Corralón de Grúas Sartec ubicado en Camino a San Juan Teotihuacan S/N, Colonia Rancho la Capilla Tecamac, Estado de México, quienes comentan que no se esta cobrando conforme al tabulador de Grúas de la Secretaría de Movilidad del Gobierno del Estado de México porque el vehículo fue remitido como “#VEHICULOASEGURADO” y ese es la tarifa que manejan con la aseguradora (Cuando la suma no debería ascender a más de $1,500.00 por no exceder de 25 KM).
El día de hoy 30 de junio realicé una queja ante la Secretaria de Movilidad del Gobierno del Estado de México, donde al comentar mi situación “GRUAS SARTEC” recalculó que debían ser $7,000.00 (SIETE MIL PESOS 00/100 M.N.), más $70.00 del corralón diario a partir del día de ayer y se portaron sumamente groseros, además de intentar empujarnos para que abandonáramos las instalaciones.

Y tengo un tercer video donde se muestra la Secretaria de Grúas Sartec que se niega a dar su nombre y desglosar los costos.
Hay que poner un alto a los abusos de las gruas en el gobierno de Alfredo Del Mazo Maza porque cada dia estan peor.
