Les comenté que haría una llamada más para serciorarme que al lugar de origen me esperarían; cuando les regrese la llamada para confirmar el servicio y desde las 16:00 a las 18:00 horas nadie tomo mi llamada.
Considero que si están en expansión por carga de trabajo les vendría excelente otra línea telefónica o un asistente que tome llamadas.
On Thursday I called to ask for their hours and approximate price; I was treated.

I believe that if they are expanding due to workload, they could use another telephone line or an assistant to take calls.
