Nuestra situacion fue bastante complicada: salimos de aventura al cerro donde no hay caminos; a lo mucho terracería. Mi coche se descompuso en un lugar de dificil acceso, por lo que entendimos cuando varios otros servicios de grúas no quisieron arriesgarse.
Desde que hablamos por teléfono, Roberto nos atendió con amabilidad
y transparencia. Nos hizo sentir seguros que, pasara lo que pasara, el llegaría.
Ya de regreso, tuvimos la oportunidad de ver cómo atendía a otros clientes y coordinaba a sus operadores en tiempo real. Quedamos verdaderamente impresionados!

Our situation was quite complicated: we went on an adventure to the hill where there are no roads; at most dirt. My car broke down in a hard-to-reach spot, so we understood when several other towing services didn't want to risk it.

and transparency. He made us feel sure that whatever happened, he would come.
Once back, we had the opportunity to see how he served other clients and coordinated his operators in real time. We were truly impressed!
