★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El proceso de compra es fácil pero tienen pésima atención al cliente , estuve hablando muchas veces para confirmar mi pedido y no contestaban y luego por fin contestaron y me dijeron que estaría listo en 15 min llego mi esposo por el pedido y tuvo que esperar 30 min mas para que entregaran el pedido
Además la persona que está por teléfono ni siquiera se tomo la molestia de pedir una disculpa o aún que sea sentirse avergonzado
Que pena !!!
The purchase process is easy but they have lousy customer service, I was talking many times to confirm my order and they did not answer and then they finally answered and told me that it would be ready in 15 min my husband arrived for the order and had to wait 30 min but to deliver the order
Also, the person on the phone did not even bother to apologize or even feel embarrassed.
What a pity !!!
