★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y atención al cliente. Llevamos un mes desde que compramos nuestros equipos y aún es el día en que no nos los entregan. Solo nos dan largas. NO COMPREN CON ELLOS!! Por más barato que salga al final no es justo que te hagan esperar tanto tiempo para poder arrancar tu negocio. El peor servicio por parte de Eduardo Cabanerio y Aristóteles, el supuesto Jefe de Panadería. Estamos muy enojados el peor servicio que se le puede dar a alguien.
Terrible customer service and attention. It has been a month since we bought our equipment and it is still the day they are not delivered to us. They just give us long. DO NOT BUY WITH THEM !! As cheap as it is in the end, it is not fair that they make you wait so long to start your business. The worst service from Eduardo Cabanerio and Aristóteles, the supposed Head of Bakery. We are very angry at the worst service that can be given to someone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención por supuesto jefe en almacén de refacciones, tardan muchísimo en dar respuesta si es que la dan o de plano uno tiene que volver a llamar y así se la llevan a finalmente no dan solución y uno opta por otra opción..!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, sus vendedoras no saben ni lo que ofrecen, te prometen día de entrega y no cumplen, te llega en partes el equipo , sus técnicos al parecer no saben lo que van a instalar no van preparados ni con el conocimiento ni con el equipo necesario. Solo juegan con el tiempo y el dinero de uno.
Terrible service, its saleswomen do not even know what they offer, they promise you a delivery date and they do not comply, the equipment arrives in parts, their technicians apparently do not know what they are going to install, they are not prepared either with the knowledge or with the equipment necessary. Pésimo servicio y atención. No les recomiendo que compren hornos con Grupo Alpha, ya que, además de no cumplir sus promesas de venta, tendrán que lidiar con Euromex y es un martirio. Compré un horno en una expo, que desde el primer día falló, me ofrecieron "2 años de garantía" y antes del año había vuelto a fallar y no respetaron garantía. Todavía al solicitar de manera URGENTE las refacciones (y pagárselas), las mandan por barco y me dicen que va a tardar más de 2 meses. Mejor compren con alguna otra empresa (LINCOLN, MARSHALL o hasta marcas chinas que al menos, no te prometen ser lo mejor en el mercado)
Actualización 6/mayo/19. Hace 8 meses falló una laminadora que tenía, solicité a un técnico de EUROMEX para reparación y tardaron 2 meses en enviarlo y luego 6 meses en enviar la refacción. Obviamente para ese entonces ya había comprado una laminadora china 30% más barata. De las refacciones me cobraron el doble de lo que originalmente me dijeron que costaban (5mil pesos) y resultaron ser 3 piezas de plástico de no más de 8cm de diametro, que problemente se vuelvan a romper.
DO NOT BUY WITH THEM, POST-SALES SERVICE IS A MARTYRD. SLOW, CAREROS, MALENCARADOS AND ABUSIVES.

Update 6 / May / 19. 8 months ago a laminator had failed, I requested a technician from EUROMEX for repair and it took 2 months to send it and then 6 months to send the spare part. Obviously by that time I had already bought a 30% cheaper Chinese laminator. From the parts they charged me twice what they originally told me they cost (5 thousand pesos) and they turned out to be 3 pieces of plastic of no more than 8 cm in diameter, which are likely to break again.
