No les recomiendo que compren hornos con Grupo Alpha, ya que, además de no cumplir sus promesas de venta, tendrán que lidiar con Euromex y es un martirio. Compré un horno en ABASTUR, me ofrecieron "2 años de garantía", desde el primer día falló (no lo pudieron poner en marcha), tardaron 1 mes en echarlo a andar, y antes del año había vuelto a fallar y no respetaron garantía. Todavía al solicitar de manera URGENTE las refacciones (y pagárselas), las mandan por barco y me dicen que va a tardar más de 2 meses. Mejor compren con alguna otra empresa (LINCOLN, MARSHALL o hasta marcas chinas que al menos, no te prometen ser lo mejor en el mercado) Actualización 6/mayo/19. Hace 8 meses falló una laminadora que tenía, solicité a un técnico de EUROMEX para reparación y tardaron 2 meses en enviarlo y luego 6 meses en enviar la refacción. Obviamente para ese entonces ya había comprado una laminadora china 30% más barata. De las refacciones me cobraron el doble de lo que originalmente me dijeron que costaban (5mil pesos) y resultaron ser 3 piezas de plástico de no más de 8cm de diametro, que problemente se vuelvan a romper. Terrible service and attention. I do not recommend that you buy ovens with Grupo Alpha, since, in addition to not fulfilling your sales promises, you will have to deal with Euromex and it is a martyrdom.
