La administración es deficiente puesto que no tienen procesos internos y externos específicos. Lo más grave contratan personal que dejan mucho que desear en cuanto a su comportamiento. Nada serios, cero confiables, no saben administrar condominios, solo saben cobrar y cortarte los servicios básicos (por su misma ineptitud de no registrar bien los pagos) cuando te quejas de que si realizaste tu pago de mantenimiento te dicen que lo van a checar y te deján hasta una semana sin ellos y solo te responden con un "ud perdone, no registramos bien su pago". No se ve en que gastan las aportaciones, ya que a las aréas comunes no le dan ni una barridita, todo en estado deplorable. TE COBRAN POR SERVICIOS QUE NI SIQUIERA OCUPAS. NADA RECOMENDABLE. Si pudiera les daba menos 5 BAD COMPANY. Son desorganizados incluso en administración de espacios.
