★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No entregan los artículos cuando llegan.... Tienes que ir a recogerlos a las oficinas... Y al entregarte tu paquete te preguntan referencia de tu domicilio para anotarlo como si lo entregaron en el mismo domicilio!
Pésimo servicio y el guardia de seguridad que tienen en las oficinas es muy metiche al indagar sobre que vas a recibir en el paquete! No tiene porqué preguntar qué vas a recibir
 They do not deliver the items when they arrive .... You have to go to pick them up at the offices ... And when they deliver your package they ask you for your address to write it down as if they delivered it to the same address!
Terrible service and the security guard that they have in the offices is very meticulous when inquiring about what you are going to receive in the package! You do not have to ask what you are going to receive

Pará empezar mi paquete no llego a la dirección que pedí, hasta la foto de la casa mal y una firma super falsa, un rayón y ya. yo creí que se habían robado lo paquete pero resulta que lo dejaron con un desconocido y jamás notificaron nada, mi contacto con ellos fue con la tienda coppel, pero de mi parte jamas la contrataría y 0 la recomiendo, y ahora una amiga y yo hicismo un pedido en shein y resulta que por esta paqueteria de nuevo y la misma mala experiencia, falta de profesionalismo, mentira, puro pasar mal gusto, hace 5 días tenia que haber llegado el pedido u nada, ya hasta me mandaron una evidencia de que son éxito de al buscar el lugar, y no hay ni manera de comunicarse con ellos, los correos no los contestan y no tienen numero de teléfono.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad tienen un pésimo servicio, son muy poco profesionales, por lo que me dado cuenta No soy el único, deben de ser todos los clientes a los que tienen que entregarle un paquete a domicilio, no se los entregan hasta que el cliente va por ellos, después te piden información, detalles de tu domicilio para ponerlos en la descripción y hacer como que lo entregaron a domicilio, son unos sinvergüenzas eso es lo que son. Y cuando les llamas, después de 30 intentos, te contestan: les dices Oye ya tiene 10 días mi paquete aquí en Tepic y La respuesta es tenemos mucho trabajo no te lo podemos entregar a domicilio y terminas llenado por el paquete, por cierto hay que hacer fila.... Se lo hacen a todos... cobran por entregar a domicilio y solo están sentaditos en su oficina.
