Dicen que tienen retrasos en el servicio y de repente dicen que tú paquete ya fue entregado cuando ésto es completamente falso, te mandan folios de investigación que no sirven para nada porque no dan respuesta. NI POR ERROR RECOMENDARÍA ESTE SERVICIO DE PAQUETERÍA ? Terrible service, packages are stolen and never reach their destination. Tenía miedo de que no llegara por tantos malos comentarios que tienen pero me fue muy bien con ellos. Mi mamá recibió mi paquete y me comentó que el repartidor fue amable. El único detalle es que no escribieron bien un apellido de quién recibió y no firmó nada, pero en la hoja de entrega aparece que si firmó... De ahí en fuera, todo bien. En esta ocasión todo salió bien, pero si en alguna ocasión vuelvo a pedir y pasa lo contrario, no dudaré en comentarlo. I ordered a bag through Shopee on December 19th. On January 8, it arrived at the Celaya facilities and today they delivered it to me without much problem. I was afraid that it would not arrive because of so many bad comments they have, but it went very well with them. My mom received my package and told me that the delivery man was nice. The only detail is that they did not write correctly a last name of the person who received it and did not sign anything, but on the delivery sheet it appears that he did sign... From then on, all good. On this occasion everything went well, but if I ever order again and the opposite happens, I will not hesitate to comment.
