★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ME TIENEN UN PAQUETE PERDIDO, DICEN QUE LO REGRESARON AL REMITENTE Y EL REMITENTE NUNCA LO RECIBIÓ, NO TIENEN FIRMA Y NOMBRE DE QUIEN RECIBIÓ EL PAQUETE Y NUNCA CONTESTAN EL TELÉFONO. YA HABLÉ AL CENTRO DE ATENCIÓN Y SÓLO DICEN QUE ELLOS YA ENTREGARON Y NO DICEN A QUIEN, NO TIENEN PRUEBA DE ENTREGA, PÉSIMO SERVICIO.
 THEY HAVE ME A LOST PACKAGE, THEY SAY THEY RETURNED IT TO THE SENDER AND THE SENDER NEVER RECEIVED IT, THEY HAVE NO SIGNATURE AND NAME OF WHO RECEIVED THE PACKAGE AND NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. I ALREADY TALKED TO THE SERVICE CENTER AND THEY ONLY SAY THAT THEY ALREADY DELIVERED AND THEY DIDN'T TELL TO WHOM, THEY DON'T HAVE PROOF OF DELIVERY, AWFUL SERVICE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO PÉSIMO PÉSIMO servicio, me atendieron por teléfono, me dieron una cotización para un envío a Guadalajara y nunca se les ocurrió decirme que "están haciendo cambios en su sistema y no hay envíos" Llego a sus oficinas y me atiende el vigilante, después una señorita que no tiene la más mínima idea de lo que es el servicio al cliente, lo único que me pudo decir fue "si hacemos envíos, pero ahorita no hacemos envíos" y de ahí no la saque. Me voy muy molesta, llamo y me contesta el gerente, que (un poco más educado) me dijo básicamente lo mismo, entonces es una empresa de envíos que no hace envíos!
PESIMO PESIMO PESIMO service, they attended me by phone, they gave me a quote for a shipment to Guadalajara and it never occurred to me to say that "they are making changes to their system and there are no shipments" I arrive at their offices and the caretaker attends me, after a Miss who does not have the slightest idea of what customer service is, the only thing she could tell me was "if we ship, but right now we do not ship" and then I did not take it out. I leave very upset, I call and the manager answers me, who (a little more polite) told me basically the same thing, then it is a shipping company that does not ship!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No te entregan tu paquetería tienes que pasar al domicilio de la bodega, no te respetan las indicaciones que das para ola entrega de tu paquete, el mensajero no te deja aviso que pasa a tu domicilio, para concluir tienes que investigar si es AMPM o no, porque no te mandan un mensaje de cortesía que ellos están trabajando tu paquete
