Attention at the facilities was good, I cannot say the same about the delivery men, the delivery men need more customer service, since they hang up your calls, and they do not notify you when they are going to make the delivery, and if you are not at the address automatically tell you to pick up your package at their facilities.

The logistics of the parcel is deficient and very questionable, in the national attention center they tell you one thing and have a completely different itinerary than the local parcel; although I must say that at least the staff is attentive and friendly there. As for the local number of the parcel, they never answer no matter how much you call. Regarding the courier, it depends on who touches you, some are friendly and others are very badly faced and inefficient, it is usual that they do not call you by phone or that they do not deliver your package on the scheduled day if they do not arrive at the route point, the delays are frequent and random. I have mixed opinions regarding the service, I would not classify it as totally bad, but it is far from being at the level of other parcels such as post office, DHL or UPS, they need a lot of improvement in their logistics and administration.

Terrible service. My package was held for days in inventory review and at one point it was updated to say that it was delivery attempt 3 and that it was returning to Mexico City. When they never called me to make the delivery. Now my package is no longer even in Puebla and no one answers to give a solution
