★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se me exigió mi IFE para copiar el número de elector y supuestamente cotejarlo, ¿cotejarlo con qué?, esa info no la tenían ni tiene por qué exigirla, porque eso hacen con malos modos y amenazas. Te quejas y su servicio al cliente es igual de inútil y grosero.
My IFE was required to copy the voter number and supposedly compare it, compare it with what? They didn't have that information and they don't have to demand it, because they do that with bad manners and threats. You complain and their customer service is just as unhelpful and rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima paquetería, llevo desde el día 30 de abril esperando la entrega de mi paquete, al contactarlos me dicen que tengo que esperar de 12 a 15 días hábiles para que se realice la entrega, porque sigue en CDMX, parece que tienen 1 solo repartidor, no les pongo cero estrellas porque no se puede, yo ni siquiera la elegí porque al hacer la compra el vendedor me asignó la paquetería, pero con esta experiencia jamás la recomendaría.
Terrible package, I have been waiting for the delivery of my package since April 30, when I contact them they tell me that I have to wait 12 to 15 business days for the delivery to be made, because it is still in CDMX, it seems that they only have 1 delivery man, I don't give them zero stars because you can't, I didn't even choose it because when I made the purchase the seller assigned me the package, but with this experience I would never recommend it.

Terrible service with this package, the status of the tracking guide takes time to update, they take too long to deliver the packages, apart from the tracking guide they put delivery attempts when they have not even gone to the address to try to deliver it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un asco esta paquetería. No actualizan el estatus de tus pedidos y hay unos pedidos que pareciera que ni los ingresan a sistema porque pretenden quedárselos.
Su bot de WhatsApp también es una porquería y no te dice absolutamente nada del estatus de tu pedido.
Desgraciadamente yo no elegí el servicio, sino me lo asignaron 2 vendedores de distintos productos en AliExpress, así que temo por la situación de esos paquetes.
This package sucks. They do not update the status of your orders and there are some orders that do not seem to enter the system because they intend to keep them.
Their WhatsApp bot is also crap and tells you absolutely nothing about the status of your order.
Unfortunately, I did not choose the service, but it was assigned to me by 2 sellers of different products on AliExpress, so I fear for the situation of those packages.
